The National Italian American Foundation and i-Italy have partnered to offer 2 internship opportunities for recent Italian American graduates interested in building the basis for a career in media while furthering their proficiency in the Italian language. This internship aims to give recent graduates a strong basis for their entry into the workforce and a robust first work experience on their resume. The internship will be part-time at the i-Italy headquarters in New York City with full Italian language immersion. Interns will report to i-Italy five days a week including some weekends and holidays. Interns will be provided a $1,000/month stipend. Duration of internship: 10 months.

Since NIAF’s inception 40 years ago, the scholarship program has grown from four scholarships of $250 each to dozens of annual scholarships ranging in value from $2,000 to $12,000, each in the Italian language and culture, medicine, engineering, business, law, music, and other specialized fields.
